C2PA + blockchain notarization
A PDF moves between departments, suppliers and partners. Making its origin and integrity verifiable helps determine whether the received document matches the version distributed by your company.

Complement the credentials with a record of the document’s fingerprint: an external reference for comparing the version and proof date, without publishing the contract on the blockchain.
Proof is not a public copy. In the illustrated notarization workflow, the hash is recorded while the document content remains in the systems that manage it.
Attach C2PA credentials to business PDFs to make their origin and version accessible. The credential signature allows compatible tools to verify the link to the document.
Check whether a received report, policy or contract matches the certified version. Verification can detect a change to the content even when the PDF looks identical.
Record the contract’s fingerprint on the blockchain to establish an external reference for its version and registration time. The text remains in your systems; notarization does not replace the parties’ signatures.
